sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 5a8922011d feat(tasks): linked tasks sync title and subtasks with their note in both directions
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Failing after 2m32s
Subtasks of a task linked to a note checkbox are tied 1:1 to checkboxes of that note
(subtasks[].blockId), wherever they are moved. ReconcileDocTaskLinks now carries tick, title and
subtasks from the note to the task and adopts new checkboxes directly under the task;
SyncTaskToDoc carries tick, title and subtasks to the note and adds checkboxes for new subtasks.
Deleting is not mirrored. Deepening a task ties its subtasks right away; saves without links keep
the server's links. The sync response reports taskLinks/subtaskLinks; the editor shows an
"Unteraufgabe" badge. v0.36.0.

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 b883315914 feat(api): one API for curl and MCP, REST reads with keys, origin badge with key name
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 2m16s
API keys reach tasks and lists over plain REST too (GET /task-lists, GET /tasks with
status/due filters, PATCH/DELETE /thoughts/{id}, GET /lists, list items), guarded by a route
table; notes and settings stay closed. Rights hold for every access alike (webhook:task also
allows create_task over MCP, tasks:write also task delivery).

Tasks, thoughts and list items record which key created them and which one changed them last
(migration 13 replaces agent_mark; origin stays after the user's own edits and survives the
triage into a list item). OriginBadge shows the key name with a webhook or robot icon, details
on hover and tap, and replaces the Webhook and KI badges everywhere, now also on list items.

Settings: category "API" with rights grouped by tasks, lists and inbox and two tabs
(curl / smart home with a Home Assistant sensor, AI agents over MCP). Docs, help, README and
changelog updated; v0.30.0.

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 ac068248d7 feat(mcp): delete tasks, create task lists and lists, agent badge; export/import settings category
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 2m21s
New MCP tools delete_task (tasks:write), create_task_list (tasks:write) and create_list
(lists:write); list_task_lists now returns the board columns so agents know the valid
kanbanStatus values. Task deletion is a shared helper (deleteTask) for REST and MCP.

Tasks and list items get agent_mark (migration 12): "created" when an agent adds them via MCP,
"edited" when an agent changes them; a change by the user clears it. The new AgentBadge shows
"KI" / "KI geändert" in task rows, Kanban cards, the task detail, the inbox and lists.

Settings: export and import move out of "Webhooks, KI-Agenten & Export" into their own
category "Export & Import". Docs, help, README and changelog updated; v0.29.0.

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 dc44f8250c fix(db): numbered migrations that run once and fail loudly (FLAW-13)
schema_migrations records every applied step; the former migrate() is
step 3, the baseline that builds the v0.4.1 schema and repairs older
databases. Columns are only added when missing, so every other error now
stops the start with a clear message instead of being swallowed, and the
cleanup statements no longer run on each start. migrations/001_init.sql
was never read and is gone.

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 f69f74fdc7 feat(workspace): trash for notes
Deleting a note (or its folder) moves it to the trash instead of erasing
it. Trashed notes leave the tree, search, export and stats and are hidden
from everyone they were shared with; the owner sees them read-only with a
restore banner. New endpoints list, restore, purge and empty the trash;
restoring recreates a deleted folder. Sidebar entry and mobile menu item
with counter, list view with two-tap permanent delete.

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 588c679c6a feat(tasks): repeating tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 1m28s
- recurrence on tasks, set in the detail dialog; 🔁 on rows and Kanban cards
- Completing a repeating task (detail, list, Kanban drag to done, note
checkbox) creates the next one: title, tags, priority, notes, list,
assignees and rule copied, subtasks reset, first open column, due date
one interval later (month end clamped); pushed live as TASK_CREATED
- Each task spawns at most once (re-open + complete makes no duplicate)
- Export/import keep the rule (Obsidian Tasks "🔁 every week", JSON field)

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 f26f286fb8 feat(notes): compact the operation log and purge old tombstones
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 1m17s
- Background job at start and every 6 h: log entries older than 30 days
  (private notes: 7) are removed, documents.log_floor marks the boundary;
clients behind it get resync and keep their queued changes
- Deleted blocks are purged 30 days after deleted_at via a "purge" log
effect, so open editors drop them without reloading; a tombstone stays
while a deleted child still points to it
- Text for a purged block becomes a new block at the end; inserts under a
purged parent go to the top level (server and browser model)
- doc_op_results kept for 90 days; expired lease/session maps are swept
- Tests: storage, API, engine resync, simulation with compactions

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 aea4324c20 refactor(notes): remove legacy whole-document saves; all block changes go through sync
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 1m14s
Phase 5 of the collaboration plan:
- Remove PATCH /documents/{id}/blocks, PatchDocumentBlocks, the
DOC_BLOCKS_PATCHED event and its types, FlushDocumentState and
LoadDocumentState. PUT /documents/{id} rejects blocks (400) and only
changes title, icon, folder and pin; editors may now change title/icon.
- The to-do overview ticks via a single operation on /docs/{id}/sync
(new skipLog flag). Task links set the block tick with a targeted
operation and notify open editors; creating a linked task needs edit
  rights.
- Keep the three share tables: DocRole already decides centrally, and
rewriting the visibility queries would only add risk (documented in plan).
- Tests adapted to the new paths; share e2e test now also ticks a to-do in
  the overview.

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 51f90eb7e4 feat(notes): browser sync engine with offline queue; editor saves through the operation log
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 1m26s
Phase 2 of the collaboration plan:
- frontend/src/lib/docSync: TypeScript port of the block tree, operations,
effects and order keys (kept identical to Go via shared test vectors),
diff from the editor's flat list to operations, IndexedDB persistence,
HTTP transport and DocSyncEngine (one request in flight, idempotent
resends, backoff, 3 s/30 s polling, keepalive flush and leave on exit,
block leases for focus, 20 s grace and new blocks).
- Text changes carry the version the user saw when typing (first change
wins when coalescing; a stale focused field keeps its old base), so a
concurrent edit becomes a conflict copy instead of a silent overwrite.
- DocumentEditor uses the engine instead of the 800 ms whole-document PUT;
editors (not only owners) can edit, remote changes appear live.
- Server: task IDs of linked blocks are delivered again, linked tasks follow
ticked/deleted blocks after sync, note tags are derived, title changes
notify other users; block IDs already used in another note are renamed
(starter content with fixed IDs was empty for every further user).
- Fix: unlinking tasks from blocks wrote to non-existent columns and never
  worked (error was swallowed).
- Tests: Go/TS order key vectors, diff round trips, engine races (lost
responses, offline + reload, edits arriving between typing and sending,
stale focused field, duplicate first block), plus a Playwright test with
two browsers against the real image (e2e/run.sh).

sandrodachandClaude Opus 5.5 1ea0c78b41 feat(notes): operation log, block leases and sync API for collaborative editing
MindSift CI & Docker Release / Build, Test in Container & Push (push) Successful in 50s
Phase 1 of the collaboration plan (server side):
- internal/collab: block tree with parent IDs and fractional order keys,
operations with conflict rules (version check, block leases, conflict
copies instead of lost text, restore on late edits, cycle checks),
  in-memory leases/sessions and long-poll notifier.
- Storage: per-note lock + transaction, append-only effect log (doc_ops),
idempotent results per opId (doc_op_results), snapshot, log paging,
central DocRole. Old flat block data is converted to the tree.
- The existing whole-document save (PUT/PATCH) runs as an adapter through
the same engine, so the current editor keeps working and writes to the log.
- API: GET /docs/{id}/snapshot, POST /docs/{id}/sync, GET /docs/{id}/changes
(long poll), POST /docs/{id}/leave; DOC_SEQ poke for WebSocket/SSE rooms.
- Backend accepts editor (write) shares for notes and folders; the forced
read-only migration is gone. The share dialog still offers read only.
- Tests: conflict matrix, order keys, leases, storage adapter round trip,
idempotency, API protocol incl. long poll, and a randomized simulation
(4 clients, lost/duplicated requests and responses, offline phases,
lease expiry) checking convergence, no lost text and exactly-once results.
